Signal Ocean builds data-driven platforms for maritime brokers and analysts. I joined to unify a fragmented design ecosystem and lead the platform's most commercially important feature: algorithm-driven vessel recommendations.
I established a unified design system across five legacy Figma libraries, creating the shared foundation that aligned designers and engineers around a more coherent platform. I also led Suggestions end-to-end, Signal's core USP, running client testing sessions and shipping dev-ready specs with near-zero friction. Separately, I contributed to closing a six-figure contract by presenting new feature capabilities during the sales process.

I led core experiences, and iterations enabling Motive to provide successful solutions for the ELD mandate across the U.S. and minimising fleet violations by up to 50%. My work was recognised by customers and senior leadership and featured in the press.
